Oversold for 18 months? Market doesn't think so. You must be dreaming of $5 land. It deserves to be where it is at the moment given the lack of asset sales and unsubstantiated hype served up by the MD.
Check the chart, sp been going in a sideways channel between $1.35 and $1.80 since last October. It's getting towards $1.80 which will be an index value of around 80 which is overbought territory. IMO without a positive news announcement it'll hit this resistance and start swinging back towards $1.60 soon.
