With the EPA not assessing the Tenindewa Vanadium Processing Facility (native vegetation clearing approval only) it is good news to know AVL will be submitting their 1st Environmental Review Document (ERD) to the EPA in the 1st qtr for the Australian Vanadium Project. With AVL's Ga-banintha activities being mining/CMB only there is every chance (if they've dotted all I's/crossed T's and don't get asked for more info) they'll get EPA approval first shot. This effectively means they've caught up to and possibly passed the neighbours (who are still on their 3rd or 4th attempt). Is there a first mover advantage here? Approval for either could be the catalyst for some Gov $. Although there does seem to be only one clear choice...
