    Not according to it's June 2022 activities report. It clearly state it submitted the EIA for 10ktpa. Wont get approval until 2026-2027 that is how long EIA takes to approve. With RioTino already having an EIA on the salar and taking all the fresh water, there is a risk of rejection to expand to 10ktpa.
