So the falling real estate values in Sydney are offset by new real estate in Brisbane....where values are falling faster than Sydney and known to be more cyclical than Sydney....
i don't think SGR is expensive here but it is not eye wateringly cheap
Would just caution anyone not to "back up the truck" because this is actually a shit business but most importantly, they are holding too much debt which could get them into a lot of trouble.
