    So Melua's broker, using other peoples stock which may even be yours...

    allows Melua to short VIL, a company you are invested in and to which you want to see capital growth...

    and your ok with it and put Hotwolf on ignore for questioning the legality of the transaction?

    I question the moral/ethical transaction.
