I never said to ask an ASX listed company. I doubt BPH or David Breeze knows who made the complaint, I was directing my suspicion to the ASX. I don't think the ASX will be forthcoming with the information, but it might be worth a try.

I just wanted you to show me where the certifier mentioned 5.5, 5.7, or 5.9 tcf. I don't think you will find it. But apparently, you think BPH didn't pull it out of the "sky", so I wonder where they did get it from.

The latest response to the latest ASX query is pretty incredible, my understanding is that they are basically saying they are immune to commenting on prospective resources properly (according to the listing rules) because according to BPH they don't think the paid advertisement et. al. is a "public report" even though the listing rules list "website content" as part of the definition, (therefore, according to the listing rules, I believe it is a public report [since it is most certainly 'website content']). As for the cost estimate, their defence is that they are saying it is an "expectation"... lol... well no, it's not. They literally said the following: "...BPH believe the project could have been supplying gas to the national market by 2024 at a cost of ~$8/Gj, a significant discount to the ~$28/Gj that gas is currently trading at..." source: 21/12/2022, ASX:BPH, Response to ASX Aware Query https://cdn-api.markitdigital.com/apiman-gateway/ASX/asx-research/1.0/file/2924-02615567-6A1129639?access_token=83ff96335c2d45a094df02a206a39ff4 As far as I can see, I don't see any reference to "expectation" used there, at best they would say it is a "belief" which is the exact word they used. They also say: "It should be noted that the AFR wrote the article and it was not fact checked by BPH before its release." lol... why would you say this... you are basically alluding to the possibility of there being something wrong with that article which... might mean it is potentially derived from the "interview" or information provided by BPH (the journalist may have a recording of the interview).
