May actually be bit faster because of the switch to completion before permanent production facility build.

It takes ~1 week to rig up the completion kit, ~2 -3 weeks drill out the cement, frack in stages and rig down , ~1 week rig up the cleanout rig and drill out the plugs,clean up the well. It takes ~2 weeks of flowback through temporary production facilities until sand production falls off enough to flow through permanent production facilities. It takes ~ 4 weeks to build and install permanent production facilities.

By performing the completion first they can start building the permanent facilities in late Jan once the fracks are done and the completion kit has rigged down, effectively bringing production forward by 3-4 weeks. So they may be in position to be flowing back in late Jan/ early Feb , producing commercial volumes through the temporary production facilities by mid Feb, and producing through permanent facilities in the 2nd half of FEB.

But I would agree March would be more likely because this is the oil and gas and expecting some sort of delays in a multi stage process is warranted.
