Ok let's come at this from a different angle...
unless auz announces a new agreement after new year the binding offtake no longer exists...
they may be in negotiations but the binding part is gone as both parties can walk for any reason they like...
have I got that right?
if I have then how could any company get finance with no current bfs or binding offtake?
if this is the situation why would anyone buy at such an inflated share price?
there is still years of cash raises to come where you will be able to buy at a lot cheaper price than this in my opinion...
