They dont need to bid to be interested.
They likely dont care if they pay 1B or 3B, but it has to be essentially risk free (or as much as possible)
Any bid now will fail, so it serves no purpose to make one....apart from us feeling good.
Any bid will be probably overbid...which is what we want....but we arent in the 'essentially risk free' position, which means......drum roll...no bids...yet
