I was sitting with a Billionaire in his Mansion 2 weeks ago, This guy is easily one of the greatest smartest property investors in Australian history. He never had a losing year in 50 years. He said to me places like DOUBLE BAY,ST KILDA,POINT PIPER,DARLING HARBOUR,BONDI will not be the real estate smashed it's areas like Lakemba, or Blacktown the poorer suburbs where desperate people overpaid for real estate that even went up by 3 times is the property that will GET SMASHED! but rich areas like point piper and Northbridge will only go down a little whilst rural and poor areas will GET ABSOLUTELY SMASHED! I worry about mental health next year Australia in the calm before the storm. Australians never known foreclosures before thing's going to get very bloody, They should be shutting down and taxing dodgy pubs and clubs so many rigged! they need to leave the tourism attracting casino's where all the tourist's come and crack down on the greedy dodgy pubs !
