MD is one of the largest investment funds in Israel, a market where investment in new technology and startups is far more sophisticated and educated than here. I think it is basic assumption that the research they carried out before their investment in weebit would have been professional and highly detailed. I also assume their overall understanding of semiconductor technology is far superior to any of the retail investors here in Australia.
I personally took their investment as validating and confidence inspiring in our tech and board.
