Gday Share Broker , I for one care about both , while we’re waiting for the good guys to try and remove the bad guys and a green frog I think there’s plenty avz board could be doing on the ground ,imo they should set up a recruiting office in monano for mining positions, dump truck,digger ,dozer operator ect the big thing being to tell them how much there wage will be , in oz coal miners are on average 150k a year ,pls miners would be close to this so in my mind these people should be on similar wage maybe smaller to start but then rise as the workforce becomes competent miners , while waiting for ml do some paid training ,tell them about the conditions they will work under , crib breaks ,water tea coffee provided at work ,locker rooms with showers for end of shift ect , hand out avz shirts , then tell them as soon as the licence is awarded they will start work permanently, this will do two things , get the locals very excited about the money and there futures, and get massive permanent support for avz
