It seems Springtree has become a bugbear in the mind's of many people to the extent of maybe paranoia. Have you considered the case you have given - that Springtree offloads to provide funds for the next allocation. So, why aren't PRR offloading the 25mil shares a month themselves for their own funding.

I guess Springtree are in it for a 'speculative investment' as most 'investors' are with this stock and one cannot blame them for 'looking after' themselves much to the irration of some current holders. They have done their due diligence & risk assessment as we have in our own probably less informative way.

The underlying factor is really whether PRR is a 'goer' in the coming months/year and that is not really up to Springtree.

So, all this agitation / irration with Springtree is overstated unless it is a saga you wish to stimulate.
