    Straight out of the 2022 AGM notice--300% (not just 100%) from FY24 and FY25. Do you realize he now has absolutely no long term incentive at risk? Why is 300% being brought forward--I don't by the incentive issue as he's already a significant shareholder. Performance of the business over past two years certainly doesn't justify bring forward 300% of FY24 and FY25!
