"Corrupt, c@@@n society" run by "psychopathic people" characterized Ukraine and its leadership by the Commander of the American and mercenary forces fighting in the country, mainly in Bakhmut, Andrew Milburn , a retired US Marine.

The video has caused an uproar inside and outside Ukraine. Especially in Kiev. Milburn issued a second statement insisting that "war crimes have been committed by the Ukrainian leadership."

This is a very serious attack on V.Zelensky and the Ukrainian military leadership.

Milburn is the head of forces of PMC Mozart, a private mercenary company founded in March 2022 as the rival of Russian PMC Wagner. Mozart's forces are the ones holding the Ukrainian Army upright in Bakhmut.

Mozart's leadership team consists of U.S. ED veterans, mercenaries, and individuals with "military experience." It provides all kinds of support to Ukrainians, from training, care and materials to support and guidance in battle.

Andrew Milburn, who has performed in Bakhmut, spent months in Ukraine helping to train V.Zelensky's forces. During a recent interview he said that there were "all kinds of atrocities" in Ukraine.

The American Colonel said among other things:

"Ukraine is a 'corrupt, c@@@n society' run by 'psychopathic people'.

Milburn then stressed that the worst war crimes have taken place.

"You shouldn't kill dudes who surrendered... And there were a lot of them," he said.

"There are all kinds of atrocities that can be done."

Ukrainian soldiers "kill those who surrendered", commit "atrocities".

"I'm not a big fan of Ukraine," he said of the government.

"I care deeply about her people. I care deeply about Ukrainian soldiers."

Milburn, in an interview with Newsweek, talked about the heavy losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and the problems with the replenishment of troops. He noted that recruits are often sent to the front line without the proper level of training.

Millburn later made a clarifying statement to Newsweek.

"During a debate that lasted over two hours, I gave a balanced view of Ukraine's war effort — praising them where I see advantages, but also being honest about areas that need to be improved if the Ukrainian cause is to remain irrevocable in the eyes of the international community,"Milburn wrote.

"My comments were cut to the end, but in essence what I was saying was that Ukrainians need to keep morale high.

If, as they rightly claim, they represent the values of the free world, then you must be meticulous in combating violations of these same principles."
