Joannie - Our family business has been operating for over 50 years, having employed hundreds of staff over that time. It's in the services sector, where one doesn't need to be an Einstein to be on the payroll.

Not once have we employed an Aboriginal person. This is simply because not ONCE has an Aboriginal person applied for a position.

You used the phrase "...age old excuse that they do not wish to work..." So, what's the reason then for this complete, utter, total lack of interest in wanting to even apply for work?

Ahh! I know! We're racist! Yeah! And because we're racist, no Indigenous person would even dare risk being in the presence of a racist employer, working under a racist governing body with a racist set of policies, a racist regulator, or working side by side with a racist staff and racist customers...

...in a racist country with a racist government. I'm sure you agree.
