Is AAR and Coffey advisors, considering production?

Would it be fair to declare to shareholders what the hold up is , and I don't mean buried in the AGM .

Is Coffey batting for us , is it even their task to arrange funding,(they are capable to), or have they other priorities?

I don't really expect an answer , these are only considerations.

From AAR website outlining Coffey's brief :
"Current Feasibility activity has focused on maximising the value of the project's copper resources and Coffey Mining has been appointed to conduct a comprehensive review of the resource model, an examination of the conversion of resource to reserve parameters and to propose a mine plan from which plant and infrastructure requirements can be developed."

No mention of funding ..

Has AAR organised funding before , other than CR from holders ?
