I am tired of hearing that this new year will be "our year" or that we are finally going to reach nirvana.
I have heard that from a hundred companies over the last 40 years, and so, I have reached the point where I believe nothing until it actually happens.
In fact, as soon as I read that, I can feel my enthusiasm instantly drop and my pessimism increase.
I will be taking a very cynical view as to what 2023 will bring until I see it actually happen.
I am a true believer in ANP but, experience has taught me to take HC posts with a grain of salt.
