How can you say that Clive Peeters are a major player in Victoria when they are competing with the likes of JB Hifi and HN in Brown Goods and Computers, The Good Guys and HN in White Goods (Plus other reatilers)and specialist cooking retailers such as Elite Appliances and E&S Trading (In upmarket Cooking) who are due to open another huge store in a great location in inner Melbourne.
Also check out comments in the Business Spectator, of which I agree that their locations aren't in the best possible spots and they do not have any point of difference at all, unless you can advise me of some?
If it is Service, than E&S Trading and Elite qualify customers better than any other retail in the White Goods game due to their training and approach to clients.

On Another point, do any of you share holders actually buy your electrical goods from Clive Peeters or do you search for the best price. Whether that be online or through any retailer that gives you the best deal?
Just food for thought.
The best way to know a good company and how they are going (besides checking sales figures) is to visit a variety of their stores and ask how things are going, see if there are many people in the store and than do the same for your key competitors. Than you will know how your company is going to perform in the future in today's competitive retail environment.
