The failure to obtain a sample (in the sidetrack) is a technical issue.....hole conditions. You can probably also add in operational issues on the part of BH for failure to maintain two working formation test tools at all times but often this is an impossibility given resources at the well site. Trying to carry out tool repairs while they're logging at the same time can be a challenge.....I've been in this situation a few times even offshore with a much larger wireline crew than they'd have on Mukuyu.
