Yes, the share price only ever goes down because of short sellers It never goes down for any other reason. Have you seen the price of the end product that PLS is selling? It's literally dropping like a stone - see my post above. Any bounce in share price will/should be sold off until the underlying commodity finds some kind of base. Until such time, you're essentially catching a falling knife.
