The difference between Polo and KAH is not whether there should be a takeover but WHEN there should be a takeover.
Dattels has a pressing need so he will have been pushing for one of the existing offers (they are there I am sure).
The others will be saying "what's the hurry? We just need another 6 months to prove the 600 mill or so and we'll have leverage for a higher price".
Dattels (or rather Mellon) has looked at his coal assets and thought he is out of time.
For everyone else, do what you want. I am pretty sure Gero is right that we are looking at a doubling or so from here but you will need to wait until July.
