The twitter posts says ".... was started by the CIA..." Let me rephrase it for you as a layman. "... was brought into popular use.." or "...was activated as a propaganda tool to discredit others and obfuscate the truth"
Nobody is claiming the CIA actually "created" the word. Yourself and your fact checker are hilariously lacking something upstairs.
