Because it looks incredibly cheap, I've been circling this stock for several months, but it has a bit of a value trap feel about it.
As someone who regards himself as a value investor, I am usually reluctant to use the word "catalyst" when it comes to investing, but I do feel this stock is lacking the sort of catalyst which will cause it to be valued by the market at par.
What can you identify to make the share price return to a more fair and reasonable valuation level?
