I think the key here is to do nothing, you say no by doing nothing.
Will be interested to hear from Norwest on their recommendation which you would have to imagine would be to reject the offer. Let's just hope that the majority of Norwest shareholders do the same and MINs 19.9% ownership doesn't increase very much.
I find it particularly funny how MIN statw it's a "no brainer" to accept the offer. Not only is this quite an unprofessional use of words, I would have thought it was a "no brainer" to do nothing and hold your Norwest shares close to your chest! We are trading above the current perceived value of circa 55c/share already, so accepting now is quite ridiculous and embarrassing
