...or it could be to try and distance himself from all those - what shall we call them – “pesky” online references to:

- The fact that the corporate regulator , ASIC, is suing him

- His dropping cold of the ASX lawsuit that he was going to “vigorously” contest

- The tax departments assessment of his “character”

- His attempt to fly off when he “didn’t know” about his non – departure order

- How he “didn’t know” who was behind Red 5 solutions

- How he sold his house to his wife in close proximity to the “tax stuff”

- How he claimed the VISA matter was an “own goal”…LOL

- How he reported “certain levels” of “recurring” income

- How his ISX companies auditors are being investigated for the work they did on ISX accounts

- How he bought into the NSX at 14c with promises and promises and now has diluted those shareholders savagely and the share price is over 100% lower 3 years later.

- How nothing he has done at the NSX has increased the value of the company

- The fact he “forgot” to report his publically known salary in his tax return

I could go on and on and on but I’m bored now…

I mean who knows about the “veracity” of the above, I certainly can’t assert that they are all true or what they even mean ! But one things for sure – I would not want to be associated with that type of stuff…

Maybe that’s why he changed his name? What do you think?
