The takeover interest IMO is not limited to the Australia business. In fact, I don't think the Australian business is even in play in isolation.
My reasoning is, the Australian business would have to grant ownership/access to the platform and the IP associated. I believe any deal will have to have a global angle, otherwise PBH would be giving up too much to a company which may end up being a global competitor.
This is why I believe the current share price is highly relevant.
