Well that is interesting.
I don't know if its still the case, but China had a requirement that foreign businesses partner with local companies if they were to participate in their economy.
It would be preferable for the umbrella company to facilitate that arrangement through a subsidiary, although I would have expected something like that to operate through one that was a shell company, rather than one with existing business operations.
Dunno, Dunno.
