    yeah but 'scheming' <> breaking the law.

    'scheming' is often how the normal course of business occurs.

    if there wasn't 'scheming' then there would be lawyers getting rich trying to out scheme and un-scheme their clients business interests - all within the bounds of the relevant legislation (or at least shoehorned within the bounds by whatever means possible)
