My understanding is India has 285 coal power stations.Japan is apparently building another 10 ,total 200 does Japan have these smog issues.?
Does India restrict their coal power plants to new technology plants burning the cleanest coal.?
I'm not saying coal or gas are the absolute long term future for energy supply but so far they r much cleaning than the toxic non-recycable infrastructure currently being rolled out.
imo only new technology nuclear will b the base load future and the NDB nuclear battery that uses depleted uranium over many years until it is safe to handle is the future.
ps looking forward to reports and nsw election result.
ps since china continues to claim developing country statis the nutless hopeless over paid wto should place environment conditions on china's obscene 1300 coal plants..
