The shipment will arrive at the port of Fangchenggang in China's Guangxi province, and then be handed over to Ganfeng and Yahua, two of the world's largest processors of lithium raw materials.
Core Lithium representative said that the purchase and sale transaction was done through a digital exchange platform, with the selling price of $951/ton.
In addition to the aforementioned transaction, Core Lithium has also reached another supply agreement for Ganfeng and Yahua, which includes the sale of shipments of hard rock with higher purity than raw lithium ore.
