FYI the OT we have with PLL is for 113k or 50/50, whichever is greater.
As someone said to me, and this makes more sense- it is far likely that PLL has either a second customer lined up, or a leveraging mechanism in this modified contract- either situation pending what the optimal nameplate of NAL ends up being.
Either way, it's a win-win situation, and especially for us because by committing to a binding agreement, PLL is effectively announcing complete faith in NAL's ability to produce sc6.
