Ann: Verus secures AUD$10 million equity drawdown, page-45

re: Ann: Verus secures AUD$10 million equity ... The way I read this is as follows: If VIL drawdown $2 mill today, then they can issue the shares anytime in the next 12 months. Or do we have to issue shares for the money immediately.

"Subject to terms and conditions of the drawdown facility, Verus may, *(at its election,)* issue shares
for purchase by Truestone at any time *(during the next 12 months.)*"

I cant actually see anything overriding the above, of course the devil could be in the detail. On the face of it seems overly in VIL's favor.
