@Baraka " I think Regal and some others may flipped on STX and have taken cash ."

Except none of them had 186M shares. The trade happened in one hit so if it was several different entities taking the cash, it would have been several different trades. Strike had 243M shares, so it could have been them, while Gina has 316.9M shares, so it had to be one of them selling as neither could buy..

Would Gina bother taking 7c profit on 186M shares? $13M to her is chump change with Hancock sitting on a pile of $17B in cash. IMHO Gina is after assets, not a bit more cash in a short term trade.

The 186M shares traded is about 15.2% of all WGO shares, so I'm wondering if the new player was sitting on, around 4.8% that they have bought over the last few weeks, giving them a total of 19.99%, as in just under the compulsory T/O level, which is why they bought only the 186M shares and not the lot from either party.

(I'm favoring it is Strike that has sold as they wanted all of WGO and just 60% was not good enough, while selling to another party for cash gives plenty of cash to carry out future plans)
All IMHO of course, but it is very interesting, will Gina go higher??
