This is all well and good but where do they think they will get the coal from? - they will have to buy on short term market and only get surplus coal - all long term contracts would be committed for 12 months plus
India is now the big buyer and they will not want China back in the market
I would think more counties will be trying for contracts as long as possible to stabilise supply - China is going to find it hard to get back in this market but it all goes well for us - prices for coal will continue to go up
