What must be a real concern is the inverse relationship between the delay in lodging the resubmission and the likelihood of approval by the FDA.

The longer the delay the more serious are the problems they are trying to deal with and the less likely the FDA will approve it. Not counting the two years that have passed since the fda rejection, it’s about 6 weeks late after the famous addition data was obtained. How long does it take to get the data into a presentation and submit it?

Now, all new investors should be weary of the msb cult types who will swear that the delay is a good thing (the cult always say a delay is great: see posts on the Novartis delay).
