Hi Rocketsnail. To answer your question the extended trading halt and suspension is justified as this is the process. Trading halts and suspensions are part of ASX company governance and are there to ensure an informed market in relation to business dealings. An extended trading halt or suspension from quotation is common for complex issues. Given the Christmas and New Year holiday period one could reasonably expect delays in announcements where there is reliance on third parties for information. It should be noted that the current suspension is voluntary and requested by the company not a forced suspension by the ASX.
