Just a thought on the problem with space on large scale VFRB. I wonder if it has been considered or is indeed possible to mount solar batteries on top of the Vanadium battery thus reducing the area required, especially considering that there is no fire danger. It may also bring other benefits like shorter cable lengths meaning saving in voltage/ampere loss. just a thought. GD
