OK here is what I was able to find out:

It appears the company is listening to its market (clients / potential clients) wrt licencing. There have been some changes made recently following concerns/queries raised. The changes (at least those we discussed) are common sense changes, and have been received favourably by the market.

There seems to be no reason for concern wrt Mary's recent resignation. There appears to be no direct link to the SAR Case, the litigation side of the business, or any other negative issues surrounding the company. All remains well within the company. They have a sound understanding of the market they are in they have a plan, and it appears to be coming together.

Graham was very gracious in answering any questions I asked of him (within the boundaries of course). I havent got time to post much more at this point - family calls, but I will try to post more as I think of it. I suggest any one that has any concerns or questions either post them on the Nearmap forum (if they are Nearmap related) or give Graham a call.

All appears well at Nearmap, and I am happy to hold. Just have to figure out what I can sell to pick up some more now. I believe we will all be rewarded well for our patience over the next 6-18 months. This is just the beginning for these guys.

EAGLE I think you can get excited again :)))
