@pimply56 Don't forget your vitamin D, there were several papers early on showing that nobody with even very low levels of D had died of the rona.
I know of two doctors who recommend high D levels to their patients and have not had one patient who took their advice go to hospital.
One of these doctors has 96 elderly patients with multiple co-morbidities and who take high levels of D, none of them have suffered anything more than mild cold symptoms from covid.
Personally, my wife and I take 5000iu of D/day, when we got the rona it was just like another cold.
