There are currently a bit less than 550m SPXO still unconverted ( annual report ). If all could be converted in July / August SPX would get about $ 13.5m in cash. That would possibly make a CR avoidable.
But that would mean a sp at least at 3.5c-4c to motivate people to convert.
It would be a goal worth to reach and to work for. If quarterly profitability really could be achieved by then - Hallelujah!
The broader market still considers SPX more dead than alive but if the 4C is well received by the market - anything is possible.
