I agree and suggest any individual doing that also take into account any CGT consequences if taking that strategy multiple times within a 12-month period. This may be done by selling/buying discrete parcels of shares, to avoid selling a share purchased within 12 months (which would incur the full CGT liabiity), but please obtain your own tax advice and (don't rely on this non-advice).
