Tincom do have coal...or are they/LYP dreaming/lying?
WEC has one producing plant - Indo 1mtpa (actually its presently 0.3mtpa about to scale to 1mtpa in May)
WEC do not own the coal in ANY of their deals but they have a mcap of $650 mill.
