So whc will probably have around 2.6b cash end of this quarter. Or about one third of market cap in cash.
end of next quarter whc should have about 3.6b cash (ignore buybacks) on current market cap of 8b. I’m Or 44% of market cap in cash. How much can a stock possibly fall that has half its market cap in cash? If it falls 25% from here then suddenly the stock is 60% cash.
I just don’t see how whc can possibly fall 25% from (and stay there). But if we keep buying back at sub $10 prices then it sure as hell can run up from here.
the risk reward here is ridiculous.
