I recall an aged care crisis in 2002 brought about by the kerosene bath scandal.

Of course we had Rudd Gillard Rudd at the helm too in between.

Then there is the states financial contribution and inputs to aged care.

As for when the media decide its time to throw us a crisis and how its framed, responded to by oppositions and pumped ... well that's relevant but now we are talking about propaganda in general and not the issue of nurses which goes back to my first post on this thread.
