Things do pop in and out of existence, check QM. Plus you assume the universe popped out of nothing regardless of other possibilities. which is yet another assumption.
As for the keyboard strawmam. There is a clear distinction to be made between a keyboard, clearly designed and manufactured for a purpose, and life forms which are self sustaining and evolving, and clearly not manufactured.
