In my opinion
0.4g/t only available, pits flooded, plant not commissioned, no operators or licenses.
Current plant is not viable using best opex senaios, requires plant 1 to be bought on line and 1.8g/T min grade.
No finace for this and 8 months.
Best estimate would be April 2023 gold pour.
