More people are noticing the chart pattern and come to the market to get whatever it is they want - usually to appear smart, out think the market, or maybe apply a strategy and play the odds to hopefully book a profit.

More noise on the forums is just one component of this being possible. With more and more participants coming along volatility picks up but the volume will tell the story. Weak volume moves is the undecidedness of the market, being led by weak erratic hands. A shake out usually absorbs the nervous speculators and provides a positive signal to stack in the favor of the bulls. A large volume move out of previous tops will catch the eyes of larger traders who will join in on the real momentum, in effect creating a big impulse move.

Re. the whole monthly MACD being incomplete due to the start of the month - I'm pretty sure as the month progresses it will update the data accordingly. It's not working on predications as it may have been incorrectly worded. However it is fair to call out such observations about using high time frame data. Including volume helps indicate strength of intent.

WBT price is consolidating at the handle. My previous post still holds true so I don't have much to add other than that price appears to have found support around a previous sensitive area (that initially sent it downwards). Fairly algorithmic market making stuff and I wouldn't read too much into it other than to suggest that the price behavior is acting in accordance with some larger deliberate intent.
