That's it. The 80% rollover relief issue is only relevant to the question of whether a "CGT Event" has occurred or can instead be deferred until the time the new shares received under the offer are disposed of.
80% rollover relief is NOT relevant to the 50% discount calculation if you have already held your WGO shares for more than 12mths.
