$0.815 now one week out from first pour. No debt, no hedging, 45% of stock tightly held, management been aware of takeover possibilities since June and have been fielding defence strategies from various banks for the last 6 months.
In 3 months or so time, the mine will be in full production.
I think they've left it a bit late to "steal" the company.
